For over 35 years I have been afforded the opportunities to be operational or work with specialized units as a team member, facilitator or mentor. I have enjoyed the ability to pass on tactics, techniques and procedures, that I have learned throughout my career to others. Everyday I have also learned from others, and have been able to use that information to grow in knowledge and skills. It has been very satisfying to know that I have been able to pass a piece of information or technique, that has saved lives, and supported global operations.
